Future Projects

Here is a quick list of my future projects, all to be completed at least by January.

1. Complete my keggle.
2. Begin to brew ala all grain style
3. Either purchase or make an advanced wort colling device.. (IC is just taking way to long).. looking at a CFC.
4. Convert a 10 gallon cooler to a MLT.
5. Start using an oxygen tank to aerate my work, instead of an aquarium pump.

Just a few things, but I think it will have a great effect on my style and level of brewing..

What's in the carboy... 8-31-07

About a week and a half ago, I started a 5gal batch of cream ale, from www.northernbrewer.com. This is the second time that I brewed this, and the first time it came out great. Should be ready to keg in about a week or so.

This is also the first time that I used my new better bottle. Man this thing is light, and makes a huge difference when lugging around brews to siphon out...

Decided to start a blog for BTBC... not really sure what I am going to use it for.. probably nothing.. but will be fun to have an online log of my brews and other things..
